Experiencing trauma can have long lasting effects on the mind, which in turn resurfaces and can manifest in the body. We can at times feel like a slave to our thoughts, like we don’t have control. Here at Sunrise we will teach you how learning to master your mind can help heal your body and be free in your thoughts.
